HOW DO I PREVENT A DOMAIN USER FROM LOGGING ONTO A CERTAIN DOMAIN COMPUTER?

we need to forestall a sure domain user from regulating a sure domain computer. I’m regulating Server 2003 Active Directory. Computer is using XP Pro.
I need to shorten a user to all though a single mechanism – I’m guessing we need to emanate a little kind of internal process upon a workstation?

**go into the persons active directory properties. click on the account tab log on to and you can add the computer you want them to log into.

this switches from the default of log onto any computer and they should only be able to login to the one you’re designating.** hope that gets it done.

All I know is that its’s in the rights of the user….inside of Active Directory, look up users…. but yes you can limit the users’ access to be able to log in to one terminal only… you might want to buy a book on Active Directory…
